Alpha Wealth Manager ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our interface and software applications.

As a Zero Custody platform, we adhere strictly to data minimization principles. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or physical address to use the core Service.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We absolutely do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your private keys or mnemonic seed phrases.
• Passwords for your non-custodial wallets.
• Your physical identity, unless voluntarily provided for customer support.

2. Information We May Collect

To provide and optimize the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical data, including:

• Public Blockchain Data: When you connect your wallet, we read your public wallet address and transaction history from the blockchain to display your portfolio.
• Device and Usage Data: We may collect anonymous telemetry data, such as browser type, operating system, and interface interactions, to improve user experience and identify bugs.
• Server Logs: Our hosting providers (e.g., Nginx, Cloudflare) may log your IP address temporarily for security purposes, such as mitigating DDoS attacks.

3. The Public Nature of Blockchains

Please be aware that all transactions executed via the Alpha Wealth Manager interface are broadcasted to public blockchains. Blockchains are immutable, public ledgers. Your public wallet address, transaction amounts, and timestamps are visible to anyone in the world. We have no ability to erase, alter, or hide on-chain data. By using the Service, you accept the inherent public nature of your financial data on the blockchain.

4. Third-Party RPC Providers and APIs

To read blockchain data and submit transactions, our interface relies on third-party Remote Procedure Call (RPC) nodes (such as Alchemy, Infura, or QuickNode) and decentralized exchange APIs. When your browser makes requests to these nodes, your IP address and wallet address may be exposed to them. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage within your browser to save your interface preferences (e.g., theme settings, favorite assets, and hidden balances). This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not use tracking cookies for targeted advertising.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our technology, regulatory requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
