Welcome to Alpha Wealth Manager ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alpha Wealth Manager website, interface, and associated software applications (collectively, the "Service").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. Non-Custodial Nature of the Service

Alpha Wealth Manager is strictly a non-custodial software interface. We provide a dashboard that allows users to interact directly with public blockchains, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contracts. We do not have access to, control over, or custody of your digital assets or private keys.

You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptographic wallets, seed phrases, and private keys. If you lose access to your wallet, your assets will be permanently lost. Alpha Wealth Manager cannot and will not assist you in recovering lost assets or private keys.

2. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

All information, data, and tools provided by Alpha Wealth Manager are for informational and interface purposes only. The Service does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. We do not act as your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and assume the following risks:

• Market Volatility: Digital assets are subject to extreme price volatility. You may lose the entirety of your investment.
• Protocol Risks: You are interacting with third-party smart contracts. These contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits that could result in the loss of your funds.
• Regulatory Risks: The regulatory environment for digital assets is uncertain and constantly evolving. Future regulations may restrict your ability to use the Service.
• Network Fees: Blockchain networks require transaction fees ("gas"). These fees are out of our control and are non-refundable, even if a transaction fails.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALPHA WEALTH MANAGER, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may contain links or connections to third-party APIs, RPC nodes, or decentralized exchanges. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, performance, or security.

7. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
